Camio currently provides real-time video search for manufacturing, logistics operations, multi-property management, healthcare, retail, and educational institutions across 35 time zones.

Position Mandate

Overall: Develop, drive, and lead the sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue, business, and financial growth goals
Strategy: Strategically identify and evaluate growth opportunities, developing relationships with strategic partners in support of the business
Develop and implement a sales playbook and account plans to win and expand business
Drive: Meet aggressive sales growth goals, while managing a reliable pipeline and project revenue via well-managed sales funnel
Support all stages of the sales process, maintaining sales control and guiding internal teams in order to meet or exceed sales targets
Leadership: Build and lead a team of experienced sales and account managers while cultivating and developing the broader sales organization as the business scales
Partnership: Partner with cross functional groups to accurately drive sales forecasting, sales planning, and budgeting. Be analytically driven using business intelligence, data, metrics, and insights to drive decision making
Relationships: Expert at cultivating and maintaining relationships with decision makers in client organizations to secure new business, new client accounts, and maximize the value delivered by Camio

Candidate Profile

Strategic thinker with a high level of business acumen to understand key drivers affecting business
Ability to think strategically in identifying growth opportunities and developing growth plans
Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to draw insights and actionable recommendations that inform sales strategy
High degree of maturity and polish required to act as a thought partner to senior leadership
Sales skills and strong desire to perform
Love of sales with the understanding of how to build and own a sales funnel
Consultative approach to sales with an eye towards problem-solving and uncovering client needs
Proactive in prospecting, self-motivated to succeed, results-driven
Phenomenal EQ and Trust-Building skills as well as an ability to lead
Knowledge and understanding of how to develop strong, trust-based client relationships
Natural instincts to balance confidence, humility, and diplomacy, and able to work with senior-level clients and sales team
Experience with client partnerships requiring high-touch, long-term relationships
Prior work experience in management consulting or other industries working with large clients in a relationship-driven capacity
Strong commercial acumen/nose for opportunities that hit the bottom line
Software/ Technology background or tech savvy
Experience selling B2B products/services
COVID-19 vaccination to be in-person in San Mateo, CA office
